5.Checkmark “Use the following DNS server addresses” and enter the following in respective fields:

Preferred DNS server: 8.8.8.8
Alternative DNS server: 8.8.4.4

6.Save the settings and reboot.

Method 7: Install the Latest Version of Silverlight

In order to stream videos on Windows 10, Netflix app uses Silverlight. Generally, Microsoft Silverlight updates automatically to the latest version during Windows update.
