1. Use the Action button as a tool to connect the presentation
2. Access ‘Hyperlink to’ option under ‘Action Settings’
3. Add Hyperlink to slide.

As mentioned earlier, make all necessary slide presentation files accessible from the same computer. As a best practice, you can save them to the hard drive or local flash drive.

At this point, you’ll see a list of the slides from the presentation you’re linking to. Simply choose the slide that you’d like to link to and hit the ‘OK’ button.

The action when confirmed will let you see the file path of the second presentation instantly under the ‘Hyperlink To’ box. Hit ‘Ok’ again.

Once done, your hyperlink will be inserted in the selected text. To verify this, simply hover your mouse cursor over the text or object, and the file path will appear.

Now, whenever you open the PowerPoint in presentation mode, simply click the hyperlinked text or object to experience a seamless transition from the first presentation to the next.
